Though it's hard to choose not to be happy but most of the time this phrase came out and made me think if being happy is really a choice.I wish to choose to be happy always but life circumstances doesn't allow us to be happy all the time. Life is really balance.

Being happy is really a choice but there are some people who have nothing else better to do than to make other peoples life more miserable than theirs. They will constantly pull you down. What's worst is some of these people pretend to be your friend but laughs behind your back at every mistake that you make. (Sorry for the rant lol) But yeah it's a choice but it's not easy.

life is not perfect.. that is the reason i guess why does it happen sometimes..we cannot have everything we wanted... all we can do is be contented on what we have.. try to enjoy what has given to us..appreciate every little things..

I think that we can choose to be happy if we would like to be, but we have to have other things in our lives that will make us happy as well. If we have friends and family then we're certainly on our way to being happy, and this means that we will find it a lot easier if something should happen during our lives which means that our happiness is threatened for some reason. I chose to be happy and I have lots of happy times with my friends and family. Life is too short to be unhappy, so you should do whatever you can to make sure that you're happy in your own life.

I believe that happiness is a choice. There were times when I hit rock bottom but somehow I could still laugh when I heard a gd joke, etc. There's no doubt that life cicumstances may not allow us to be happy all the time, but you can always exercise your will to be happy when you are feeling down. There will always be cicumstances that are beyond our control, but we can exercise control over how we respond to these circumstances.
