I hate smokers..........

I wouldn't say that I hated smokers, as some of them are my best friends, however I don't really understand how they can make the decision to smoke when they know that it can have such a horrible effect on their lives. I think that the health service needs to do more to stop people from starting to smoke, and also more to help people who do smoke to quit their habit. A lot of people who smoke who I know admit that they would want to stop smoking if they felt as though they could but, unfortunately, none of them feel as though they can at the moment.
