Turkey has to be part of EU, because Europe is not a confessional community, Turkey had in the first half of XX century a process of modernization and now is an european country... They have to improve human rights and economy, but is a good reply to fundamentalists!

Yes, Turkey should be a member of the EU.
1. Turkey belongs to Europe;
2. Turkey made her request to be a state member and is made efforts be one:
3. UE has no reason to does not accepts Turkey as a state member, except the prejudice. The no acceptance of Turkey as a state member is the same thing as saying that UE is only for Christians countries.
