Really craving some chinese food

it's been a couple of months since I've been able to go out to a good restaurant and have some quality chinese food, and I'm seriously craving some now. The place I normally go has the best Mongolian Beef I've ever had, and I just saw a commercial for it. They also make this awesome peanut-crusted chicken, which I can't find anywhere else.
What is your favorite chinese dish, and why?

Mt wife and I are Canadian and we toured East Asia and Taiwan in 2006. We visited Vietnaim and ate a Snake Dinner at a Snake Restaurant in a Snake Village a few miles south of Nanoi. Asians eat plain food, mostly soup made with vegetables and some meat. They seldom eat bead and prefer rice, boiled or fried, rather than potatoes. After a week I began to tire of the soup and rice and longed for a good old American meal.I couldn't eat in a Chinese restaurant for over 2 years after we returned home.

In south China, people prefer to rice. but in middle and North of China, most people like food made of powder of wheat.

well i'm happy you like chinese food and i do love it too.to be honest i can enjoy chinese food evey day,yes,you guess it,i'm chinese.i think if you want to have more delicious chinese food,you'd better come to china.just like me,i could hardly have really western food in china.the food you have in your hometown may not good enough.

I love chinese food, grew up eating a lot actually. :P
My mom cooks really good cantonese, and fookien food altogether.
I love dimsum, siomai and siao long bao. for dishes, i love king dao pork spareribs, brocolli and beef,sweet and sour pork, minced pork with eggplant.. :D
Oh im getting really hungry now! hahah

I go to Chinese restaurants quite often, for lunches and dinners. There is a Chinatown in the city I live in, and there are many excellent Chinese restaurants there, serving delicious Chinese cuisines. I like fried rice and fried noodles, with a variety of vegetables.

I like chicken fried rice and its so good at Bennihannas i could eat it all the time because it is so delicious and yummy. I do like fried chicken wings from only once place, and then i do like orange chicken from a coupld different places as well and then of course fried rice from anywhere is fine and ill eat it of course. I do like crab rangoon too as that is very yummy and the crispy fried stick things are so good too. I also have been craving chinese food for the past couple of days its one of my favorite things to eat and i would eat it every week is possible. I just wish i could go to bennihannas every night and have someone cook in front of me what i wanted.

Oh boy! me too! I love PF Changs or Pei Wei. I wish I could have some tonight but I am broke right now.
