But not to the point of being hysterical
When ever distraction comes along i would stop or hesitate to do exercise, i don't understand it anymore. having discipline in loosing weight and diet is HARD. i still have the will but some how the passion has slowly burning out
I know i have a very very unstable plan of diet and exercise and it sucks:-[.If i don't eat when am hungry i get a headache. One time, i couldn't even sleep no matter how much i drink water or MILK. luckily my weight remains 85/86 kg, but some mylotters whom i chat before on FB says it's alright because am tall (in her perspective:D) even taller than my lotfriends rberon1985 and neildc, but they're slim.
well, the important is i get sweat....

I'm with you there! It IS hard to maintain your diet and exercise when there are a lot of distractions coming your way. Things like, someone's throwing a party here the office, or that we have to stay very late, so that means I'm missing my time to exercise. Sometimes, even the time I should exercise, I'm completely hooked online.
The thing is to get back on after today. So tomorrow, it's back to healthy eating for me. (Can't resist the party food later at snack time, can I? )

Hello gloryacam, I guess for now it's better than being too thin but i need to loose this wasteful fat it's getting really uncomfortable these days. I rarely eat fatty foods and still i get pounds increase. probably i would try my friends advice to reduce my eating of rice, that could be a problem contributing to my weight

LetranKnight25,
In the first place, you can compare yourself or listen to some comparative hearsay to determine if you are overweight or that you need to slim down.
On the contrary, I believe you will need to be factually accurate with some personal observation on your own body and health. It will include a consultation with your family doctor who knows your medical history and most of all your present condition.
Take care.

Hi LetranKnight!
I believed it's all in the mind. Focus your mind on what you wanted to be and put your heart in achieving this goal (though I know that this is easily said than done).
I could understand your frustration because I know how hard it is to reduce weight, where you must discipline yourself to diet and exhaust your body into exercise. In reference with a body weight to height ratio, your weight of 85-86 kgs would be ideally fit for the height of 6'0" - 6'1".
Oh how I really missed my younger years where my metabolism is faster (I could eat a lot) and my body is actively involved in sports.
Cheer up!

Hello Tholitz, You're right. It's all in the mind i guess because it's really not easy to be consistent. I am actually liked 5'7 or something, but my tummy or belly is kinda visible like a 3 months pregnant lady. but i guess from now on i should eat something that is only fit for my stomach. good thing i have a treadmill that would make my loosing weight possible.

i guess you have to try some other means of exercise. getting into a diet is not always the right way to lose weight. oh, i guess you have to try some workouts the biggest loser contestant have been doing.
one thing about me, they say that even how much i eat well, i will remain this slim. could be in the blood as i also do not have siblings who are big and heavy and so as my father. it could also be that my metabolism is faster than people like you, so you need more workouts.

Hello Neildc, I tried jogging again but it hurt my legs and knee to hell for almost two days now. luckily i still have my tread mill here. but the rubber is slowly breaking and were able to find a temporary seal which is the rugby. What am trying to say is that i realize i need to seriously loose weight before my treadmill finally gives in.

I know what you mean. I need more exercise but just do not have the time or the energy for it right now. I work alot. I get hungry also and have to eat to maintain my energy level. I wish I could lose weight though.

Hello steph, I think Discipline in doing diet can also help us prevent more problems getting more weight in the future. having more balance can also be good, some people loose weight with out even consider exercising. THanks and have a Nice day.

I am losing weight at the moment, and I can understand just how frustrating that can be when it feels as though you're working hard but then you have nothing to show for it at all. You have to remember that the more weight you lose, the harder it gets for you to lose more weight, so you have to put more effort in all of the time. You should try to do a little bit more exercise than you normally do, and you should find that you are able to lose a little bit more weight than you have been doing at that point.

Hi Letran Knight: I understand your frustration because dealing with weight is one of the things that I have to face a lot of times. the answer is discipline to me. Don't negotiate with yourself, if you have decided to do something do it, period. For example, I have decided to do 30 minutes of exercise everyday and that's what I do. If i wake up too late, then I do exercise at noon or at night after my job but I don't forget to do it, it's a commitment . That's the way I fight against weight and I avoid frustration.

Hello,,
Try to accept the blessing that you have.Diet isn't that bad but it can't do nothing if you're not really willing to go on diet.In my opinion, it must also go with self-discipline and willingness. Exercise is just a routine task to do for our health and regimen to make us healthy.Keep on exercising and have a balance diet and eat properly.
