This money I see mentioned on many pages and paypal

Can anyone explain how the pay is caculated ( I have $0.62 Why would this site pay us?? What is this paypal or maybe better put how do I set one up and is it safe I up to now have never banked over the net

The site pays us because they get money from the banners on the site... if you post a lot, then you watch a lot of banners! Paypal is a online bankaccount, and it's easy to get a account, just go to paypal.com and sign up, it's free! I don't know how safe it is, cause i heard some storries about people who got their account hacked, and lost all of their money!
