I used to be the same way. I think it's a self confidence issue. I don't think I had the self confidence when I was younger that I do now (early 40's). Also I got tired of putting all that stuff on. I did everything - foundation, eyeshadow, mascara, blush and lip gloss. Now it's just mascara and lip gloss. So much easier!

Don't really know much bout girlie stuff but for me....i really dont flaunt for artifical beauty.makeup is a thing which gives you an artificial look which i dont like.Simplicity is the best policy.....Its the inner beauty that matters the most n not artificalty of humans....
So...NO MAKEUP!!!!

i can tell you why...it's called we're getting older and with our busy lives we just don't care anymore!..lol...i don't wear a lot. Sometimes i use foundation or a powder, but I always put on shadow and mascara...I still just can't leave the house without mascara,no matter what!

I do not wear makeup, it has never been a real concern in our household, My mother was never allowed to wear makeup when she was growing up and my dad never allowed it either.
So I have never had a reason to wear it unless I am doing a photo shoot, which I do once a year now for non profit and charity fundraisers.

I don't wear make up on a regular basis. If I am going somewhere special I may wear a bit. I just don't really like the look of it, especially when people plaster it on. A little is ok, but I can't be bothered with it most days.

There is no use of makeup. A reality is went out and a face telling lie comes around. So do good be good. And don't rough your skin.

It depends really.
I usually put on make-up if the activity I am going to do for the day requires me to present to a bunch of people or to an important client.
On the other hand, if my task for the day is purely routinary and no need to face 'important' people. Then I'd go out without make-up.
But regardless of what type, I'll try to see to it that I look presentable. With a little lipstick or lipgloss on plus making sure I smell good.
=)
Plus of course, when I'm at the gym, I don't wear make-up, unless I'd want to look gross with all the make-up running down my cheek of sweat.
Hahahaha...
=)
