what sports do you like? how does it help you? how often do you play this? why do you like it?

Hi vickylao. I love rock climbing a lot. I climb about two to three times a week doing bouldering. It helps me forget about my problems and overcome stresses in my life. Whenever I finished a certain route, I will feel the sense of achievement that I accomplished something. Climbing makes me feel that I have a greater control in my life if I do something right and follow the rules well. Other than that, it makes me realise what are my strong points and my mental ability. How about you? What is your favourite sports?

Hello DiaJ88, I like rock climbing though it's risky but I seldom have the chance to do it.However, I agree with you that it can overcome all the stresses in our wakening life.In my part I love badminton and biking because I feel that I can let loose myself. One of my favorite sport is tennis. Ever since I was a child I have been playing tennis. Though now I have not played the sport considering that I have been very busy with my job and my work requires me to travel a lot. But I surely wish that I could play again. Not to become a champion but just to keep my body moving as a sort of exercise.

Today I did a Tae Kwon Do class. It was a lot of fun, and I am already seeing a difference in my confidence and focus. I did Karate about 14 years ago when I was a kid as part of a summer program I was in, but have not done any martial arts since. I would really like to get into it more since it seems to be good for my anxiety and also building my confidence and focus that will transfer over into other areas of my life. I have mainly been a dancer. I don't consider it a sport, though it does have all the physical qualities of a sport. I am working on my dance company of which I am the director and lead performer and it will probably be a work in progress for the years to come. Another sport I have been meaning to get into for a long time is target shooting. I will probably start that soon. I got a shooting shirt from Beretta about a year ago so I think it's time to put it to good use! My favorite as a child was probably springboard diving and I have been toying with the idea of finding somewhere that offers adult classes so that I can get back into that. It won't be for a while though as I have so many other things going on!

I like badminton and lawn tennis, I played alot in terms of badminton but in lawn tennis, because I don't have that sport equipment, I am able to play it yet for past 4 years. Way back in my high school days we had this lawn tennis in our Physical Education subject and I have enjoyed it so much. In addition, I am one of the fans of the very famous, Maria Sharapova, Andrei Agassi, Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal. Whenever they had a game, I see to it that I open the Television and watch over their games. Badminton, I played most of the time whenever I don't have any work to do.I play with my siblings, cousins and friends. It is nice to say fit and happy while having sports.

Sports are my passion is football. This exercise helped me to improve cooperation, not being indivualis, concerned with the results of the individual, and certainly helped me to be patient. I often do this sport, almost every evening every day I do this sport. I like it because it is and could be a sports entertainment as well.

I like tennis. It is a total body workout! I also like swimming and that is probably one of the sports I'd be doing for the rest of my life. It is also a total body work out, and it is fun! I love the outdoors, so I like mountain climbing or even just hiking.

My favorite sport is badminton. I love playing this game when I was a child and we use to play this game in the street together with my brothers and sisters. I stopped playing this but my husband encouraged me to play this in the court instead of just playing in the street. I am not really a sports buff but when my husband taught me how to play badminton and showed me the proper foot works so that I will avoid injury, I started getting hooked in playing this sport. My husband also taught our 8-year old and 13-year old daughter and we all had fun playing together. Our daughters always look forward for an hour or more badminton game during the weekend. I like playing badminton because it helps me sweat a lot and take out the toxins from my body. My body also feel very cool after a game of badminton and it helps me lose some excess weight that I have gained.
