Why do we love chocolate?

Chocolate is anywhere, anytime treat, comes in all sizes, is always age appropriate, never goes out of style, can be naughty or nice and even a thin coating smoothies out the wrinkles in the raisins. there is nothing else like it.it cannot be faked. It can be molded, poured, shaped, frozen, flavored, decorated and dipped in endless variation. It has been considered an earthly delight for thousand of years. New chocolate treats are invented everyday. When chocolate melts in your mouth, there is a subtle cooling sensation as the chocolate changes fro, solid to liquid. And at the same time, a bouquet of volatiles wafts into the nasal passages through an opening in the back of the mouth. So why do you love chocolate? :)
