why do people easily get angry?

it is good to be mad at people?why did we feel like this way?are we aware to change it?i am easily get angry i don't know why. maybe because sometimes of my head is aching.thats' why..I just kept asking why on how to be not angry easily. This will be natural, right?we just feel like this.

Yes, me too I get easily mad when people irritates me. My god! I also dont know why but I think now I am trying to change this bad attitude of mine. So, good luck to us! maybe our temper is not that high like the others but we can always be with others. right?

When I am stressed then I get angry even on the most little things. I just loose my patience. But if I am calm and relaxed, I could just forgive so easily. I could forgive myself first then I tend to look at the bright side of things and people. It is healthy to get angry from time to time. We just don't overdo it.:)

this angry emotion is normal to us but heavy angry will be the reason why some other people have fight to each other,but we can learn how to control this strong emotion we have by trying to calm down and ignore those things that will make us to angry.

"Angry" is a type of normal mood. Everyboday will get angry during a lifetime. Next time when you feel you're angry, don't try to depress it, don;t lose temper or do anything. Just be still and feel this type of feeling from your heart. It'll disappear itself. It would be a bit difficult at the beginning but will help. Good luck.

to get angry it is very easy but to control it is highly difficult...there are come tips not to get angry....if others speak angrily just try not speaking to them...the second thing just control the rage and count 1-10 that works perfectly for me...

To be angry sometimes is good to release the unpleasant feelings . Keeping it boiling inside us is only adding more stress to our life. Some people get angry very easily is because they are experiencing stressful life and small matters will flare them up easily. The situation they are in makes them irritable at the slightest provocation. Such people should go for anger management course.

Each individual has different temperaments. We have different personality. There are people who are not easily get mad, and there are people who burst with anger even in just a very small matter. Well, if you get angry easily, then you want to change it..it is possible. Temperaments is not just our innate personality but it can also be learned. Abstain from the things that triggers you to be angry. if your anger started to burst out, go to your room and get angry with your pillow not to the person whom you talk in front of you. You can also divert your anger by inhaling and exhaling. I know it's gonna be hard, but if you would really want to, you can do it.
