Is anyone here a member of ad-for.net. Do they really pay?

I have seen their youtube videos on how you can earn as much as $0.10 to $100 per ad click. I don't know of it is true. I haven't seen any payment proofs yet. But I think a lot of Filipinos are joining this site. I have already joined a lot of binary system type of referral system an I did not really earn a lot, or have just gained back my capital. But this is another a different PTC site, you have to pay $35 to join the site. and the more referrals you have, the more you will earn. I want to gain insights from those people who have joined these sights.
