Dry Lips!!!

This makes me suffer for weeks already. I think this is because of the frequent change in weather. I'm not used to having this before.. That's why I don't know what to do. Is this a sickness or something? Because of its dryness, i tend to scratch it and I think this will leave a scar on my lips. It hurts also. Can you think this can cause to major injury?
