I am really curious about this program. Can someone tell me if this program actually makes money or just another scam. I don' intend to pay for any program unless i know its legit. Otherwise i go for the transcription jobs or customer service.

Oh, right! A quick search turned up a supporting blog (http://justbeenpaidscam.blogspot.com) which says it's not a scam (so it's a bizarre name) and an opinion piece (http://richinwriters.com/justbeenpaidcom-scam). It looks like it's borderline and referral-based with some unfriendly terms in the agreement. Personally, I avoid all those MLM, pyramid, ponzi things - anything that promises easy riches without work (but with an investment) is more often than not a scam.
