You want the truth without the spin. Here it is with real, indisputable proof of what's in the bill, HR 2911 which is officially labeled "The American Jobs Act of 2011."
A repeal of the corporate income tax.
Yep, that's it.
Here is the proof for the House bill... http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/bdquery/D?d112:2911:./list/bss/d112HR.lst::
What about the Senate bill? Details are still sketchy since the actual bill language hasn't been submitted to the Library of Congress yet. But it goes by, S.1549 for future reference.

There you go. Read it yourself without the political spin.

They shouldn't have timed out. They both go directly to the Library of Congress website which publishes the bills presented in Congress.
But if you are having trouble, the bill numbers are HR 2911 and S.1549.

I can't fix them due to no edit button. But if you do want to read them go to the Library of Congress or search the bill numbers. The Senate version is about ten times the length of the House version.

I have not seen the senate version, but was unimpressed with Obama's American Jobs Act. Especially the provision that allows the unemployed to sue employers for not hiring them simply because they are unemployed. To me this screams of a bill that will create less jobs, and increase the unemployment rates in our nation because of the bill, rather than fix the problem. We are in so much trouble here......
