Anyone seen this movie? I think I've seen this for almost 5 times already. It was a Filipino movie back in 2007. The story goes like this...
Popoy (John Lloyd Cruz) and Basha (Bea Alonzo) have been together all their lives. Their love story started when they met as students in the university. Their families loved them, they shared friends, they eventually worked in the same firm and their life plans revolved around each other. There is no Popoy without a Basha and vice versa. They were certain that they will get married someday and build a home together. Everything seems perfect. At least that’s what Popoy thinks.
But all the planning and dreaming eventually took a toll on Basha. Past issues and current controversies suddenly become the main fare in what would have been a routine lunch date. In their first major fight in over five years, Popoy and Basha begin their heart-rending struggle whether to hold on or to move on.
It is the most romantic Filipino movie that I've seen. Have you seen this movie? Kindly share your thoughts.

Seems like this is another nice and interesting romantic movie to watch. I haven't watch it yet but i think i will be going to watch it soon. I like to watch romantic movie, too. By the way, do they provide any translation for it? I hope they got, so i can understand what they are talking about in the movie.

Yes, i must agreed about it. Since i ever watched a few Filipino movies before. Only, some of the actors seems don't really fluent in English, so they only speak Tagalog. At that moment, i would be totally lose. But, i will check out your this movie by next week.

I'm not really sure about the translation. But since this movie is already about few years ago, I guess there's a translation available to it already. The good thing about Filipino movies, some of the lines are actually in English or Combination of Tagalog and English.

I like romance movies. I haven't seen One More Chance yet. On Netfilix they have both Filipino movies and American ones. I will have to check for this one. It must be pretty good for you to post about it here. I learned of several really good movies from discussions on here.

I have a list of movies that I really enjoyed and that hold a special place for me. There are several that I watch again annually. I know what you mean. You get so involved with the characters you just don't want the movie to ever end. So I have to go back and revisit them occasionally.

It is one of my favorite romance Filipino movie. I think a lot of Filipinos watched this movie already. The characters of Popoy and Basha are quite famous than any other characters recently.

One More Chance is one of my favorite filipino movies ever! I even bought a dvd copy of it so that i can watch it over and over at home...
this is a movie about knowing oneself better by sacrificing a valuable relationship. Also a movie about faith and destiny. Basha and Popoy entered into the most difficult stage of sacrificing their own happiness by splitting up but still ending up together in the long run...

Honestly I'm not a fan of Filipino romance movie since the story is pretty much similar to each other. But this one is my favorite. I've watched this for more than 5 times already. Since it is also aired in Cinema One in a local cable channel.

i have seen this movie already because i am a fan of Filipino romantic movies. i also like bea and john lloyd because they can really embody the roles that they play. I liked the movie because it features a girl who wants something for a change and her boyfriend seems already controlling everything in her life. the girl just wants a breather in the relationship but then the guy gets another girlfriend which is upsetting.

I'm not a fan of Bea and John Lloyd but I like this film. One reason is because they are really good at it. They played their character very well.

I also watched this movie so many times. The story never fails to amaze me. Even the characters are good. I love some funny punch lines as well.

Sorry, I didn't watch that and so I can't really comment. But based on what you mentioned, I think it depends on whether they still love each other. If yes, then I think they should give each other a chance.

In the end, after all what they have been through, they were back in each others arm. It is a bit complicated but that scenario usually happens to a relationship. You can try to watch it, the story is good.

I have'nt seent this movie, but the way you presented the story seems like a very interesting movie.
I would say a typical Bollywood movie, and in the end they both will iron out their misunderstandings and live happily ever after.
Is it correct I completed the story for you.

It is a Filipino movie but it took years before they have been together again. The story itself is what I like because it often happens in real life. Those who watched it might be able to relate with it as well.

I don't really like Filipino movies that much but this one's better than most movies. I really like the line that Popoy said about Basha having him at his best and Maja's (sorry, I forgot her name in the movie) character had him at his worst.

It is a Filipino movie. I'm not sure though if it is available in Torrent. But it is very good movie, a very realistic one.
