I don't know how long I gonna discuss with you guys before I restart my computer again. This my problem ... Before I connect with internet everything is is fine with my PC, but 5 -10 minutes after I connected, something going wrong. My modem won't work (suddenly disconnected), everything related to sound doesn't work either. I decide to restart my PC, work normal again. But when I start connect with internet, all trouble came back again. My first guess is virus and I found several of them. But after clean up, all trouble that I told before happened again and I must restart my computer again. I confuse now, where my problem exactly? Anybody can help me? Note: maybe I can read and respond your answers after several restart my PC.

Maybe you could try restoring your computer to an earlier time when you didn't encounter such problems? At times I do that when I suspect virus attack. Recently, I restored my computer to factory settings because it apparently crashed due to severe virus attack. Now, thankfully, my computer is working fine.

batter will will be a complete virus scan with a good antivirus...as it's sounds like a virus problem....I f you are getting this trouble these days only then you can go for a system restore for that you need to have a restore point created already....If all in vain...then you must go for a complete refreshment and that is format....before formatting take a back up of all the files in your PC...

no luck is required for formatting a computer...I have also formatted my computer yesterday night..... so the required things you need to keep with you....do not forget those drivers before formatting...

I am pretty sure that this is a trojan virus, follow these steps to get rid of it : (i assume you're running Windows OS) 1. Disconnect your internet connection. 2. Go to run - Type "msconfig" (without quotes) - Go to "Startup" Tab 3. Uncheck "Startup Item" that looks suspicious and uncheck it. 4. Now look at those item location (See "Command" and "Location") 5. "Command" will tell you its folder, go to this folder and delete suspected files (usually it has "*.exe extension" with "weird or interesting name" like abcdef.exe love.exe and it has "unique and interesting icon") 6. "Location" will tell you its registry key, now open your registry by typing "regedit" on "run". Go to this location and delete the suspected entry. (but be careful not to delete the legitimate one) 7. Now restart your computer and Try to connect to internet again. 8. Is your problem solved? (Some trojan virus written in high level languange like c or c++ can't be detected by most antivirus software)

check your modem connection or uninstall the modem software and reinstall modem driver.. but before you do the reinstallation make sure you make full system scan on your computer.. virus removal, disk defragment, disk clean up, clear your cache memory and etc... Or maybe some of your applications blocking your internet connection.. try to configurate your system running msconfig and unchecked those unnecessary application on your system.... Goodluck!!..^_^

hi olleenz check your internet card on the motherboard or have a computer nerd friend do so as if this is bent or worn out you are not getting on the net until you instal a new card. been there and done that. we checked for virus no virus. we checked everything else but then my son checked the internet card and it was worn out, replaced it and I was back on the net.

I use public internet to answer this. I already checked my internet card and seem like the problem not coming from there. When I checked for viruses on safe mode, I didn't found any virus but my anti virus warn me about some of my windows systems has been locked and here the place: C:\WINDOWS\system32\Drivers\sptd.sys C:\Persi0.sys I expect two parts of my windows OS who had been locked caused this problem but how to fix it?

I guess it's a virus. Try to format your computer and see if it solve the problem.

I suggest you use Malwarebytes' Anti-malware to check your system. Its free. But as you have stated, you're having problem connecting to the net. Maybe you can go to a friend with an internet connection, and download it from there. Also, run the Malwarebytes in Safe Mode, it certainly helps to run it there so that it can detect everything.
