Last time when I was started a new discussion. By technical mistake I posted 2 same kind of discussion. Now today, again I make similar kind of mistake. When I was responding on discussion I want add some word when I posted it I say 2 post form my side.I think we should right or facility to delete our post or response. This way we can correct our mistake. Friends what do you think?

as hardworkinggirl says.. we are able to report our own discussions. however.. i wish there was a way we could edit our discussions after we submit them.. say for example a spelling mistake etc!

oh no no not delete.. if we could freely delete out own posts then every who commented would always loose their earnings.

I think we all would like to have a delete/edit button after a finalost. I have made many mistakes and even though I try to proofread, I sometimes miss things.
I figure management must have really good reasons for not having a delete and edit feature once the post is set up. I count on myLotters to be forgiving. I totally understand when others make a mistake and think nothing of it.

I have double posted a discussion more than twice already. Whenever i noticed that, i would see if anyone has responded to it already. If the other one don't have any response, then i would request for Admin to delete it, and say that it was double posted.
However, just like recently, when i realized that i have double posted one of my discussions and saw that both had responses already, i just left it as it is. I don't want others' responses to be affected anymore.

I wish we had a delete function! As for myself, I have a "tradition" where I make at least one spelling mistake for post. Sometimes it is really obvious and embarrassing. I wish I could delete my post and then respond again with that spelling error fixed. Or, sometimes the system goes bunkers and posts two of our one response (like you mentioned). It would be nice if we could delete the duplicate on site real time.
It is possible to report one's self and ask the myLot team to delete posts - which they do. The only drawback is that this takes several hours or more. So one's spelling error or one's duplicate is on display for several hours. :S

The same has happened to me already.What I did was reported my own post stating that it was an error,and I didn't mean to do it.The other post got deleted and I wasn't penalized.Now, I am more careful when posting and starting new discussions because I don't want to get banned.

This does happen from time to time. Could be that you tried to post several times and it did finally go out. It would be nice to have the option of deleting our post and/or editing it. Our posts could be alot more professional if we were able to have these two options.

I've faced with such problems as well. There's nothing we can do about it except it's no fault of ours, but the internet connection. MYlot knows about that thus they are not doing anything about it. Besides, it's a only in a while happening, so i don't think mylot will give us that option of deleting our own post. With that ability, some mylotters may even abuse it.
