Any one tried this game out? Is this game any good? It looks like a lot of fun. The graphics look great but how is it different to the older version?
Does the Nintendo Wii version of the game include the same old casting characters like Donkey Kong and Diddy kong or does it include some new characters? It seems like it has the same old ones but I'm not really sure. The old game was a lot of fun to play. Hope this one is too.

Hi there! I rented this back when it came out and was very impressed with it. The graphics are beautiful, and Donkey and Diddy are the main characters still. There were some enemies I didn't recognize, but the game still revolves around collecting bananas and such. There are boss fights and some light puzzle solving throughout the gameplay, which is nice and keeps you on your toes.
I would definitely advise you to at least check it out by renting it. It was very well done and I believe it got game of the month in a few different review magazines and websites at the time. It's old school platforming meets challenging puzzles and beautiful graphics...doesn't get much better than that.

You're right. Sometimes you just have to try the game out and see if it's any good. I think it's a very excellent idea to rent a game out first and before buying it. Glad to know Diddy Kong is still in it. Hehe :) Thanks for sharing.

I've played it here and there. It is a fun game. There's a new branch of enemies, but the gameplay is good, the graphics are good, and so is the sound. I hope they plan making a sequel. It really was a good game.

I've only tried it in the stores but it looks like a lot of fun. The graphics look really nice and i like pretty much anything out out by Nintendo. I haven't got the money to buy it, but renting it would definitely be something i would do.
