If you have no nanny, do you bring your child in the office or you just get yourself absent from the office?
When office policies allow children to be brought to the office, i usually bring my child although its hard for me to do multi-tasking in the office. However, today children are not allowed anymore inside the office. But then, the company put up a day care where you can bring your child to be taken care of some personnel for a minimum fee.

I don't see that there is anything wrong with taking your child to work with you so long as they understand that you're working and will be able to stay quiet and entertained while you are busy with whatever you have to do. I think that it is a little bit different if you are working in an office with other people, as you have to be aware of the fact that your children might be distracting the other people around you who might not appreciate your child as much as you do. However, if it costs too much to keep your child in a nursery, then I don't suppose that there is all that much else that you can do about it.
