I garden organically. I just don't like all the chemicals, pesticides, and putrid substances that are to be found on and in most commercially grown produce. Then to add insult to iniquity, they coat the fruits and vegies over with wax to make them look tastier and to "preserve" them. While I may not be able to grow all my own veggies which I cosume on a regular basis, I do enjoy the veggies from my own garden best.
There is just something to be said for home grown organic vegetables that have never seen the inside of a refrigerator and which is innocent of preservatives and wax and dye. Do you have a good selection of organically grown nutritious vegetables wherever you live? What kind of veggies do you like? Do you notice a difference between organically grown produce and commercially grown? If so what? And finally Which do you prefer?

Organically grown foods are real Original foods, the taste and structure is superior when compared to non-organic stuffs. Organically grown plants yield less produce and time consuming. Though they are expensive, they are healthy and nutritious, that's why our ancestors are strong and used to live for 100 years.

I don't really know how to grow a garden but I think I'd choose the organic type. Too many artificial products are being released today that organic types seem scarce already. It's great to, once in a while, use organic products for a change.
