Eggs are the ultimate fast food. they combine protein, vitamin A, D, E, B and minerals in one perfect package. And now it seems that you really should go to work on an egg: a new study has found that a breakfast of scrambled eggs, toast and fruit spread kept overweight women full longer than a bagel, cream cheese and yoghurt's breakfast with the same calories.

I agree.. My mom also said that one cup of rice is equivalent to one piece of chicken egg. There is also lot of different cook in egg. It can also mix with other dishes. Egg is really useful. Other people also use egg as their beauty secret. But my favorite is adding egg in any type of noodle soup and partner it in fried noodles..yum yum yum..

I think what keeps those women full longer because eggs alone are full of nutrients.Our body will starve even if we'll consume more food if it's not getting the right nutients.Egg is good for breakfast because it's so easy to prepare, but we really need to eggs moderately because of it's cholesterol content especially the yolks.Let's eat a healthy breakfast everyday.

sometimes have combined diet that is balanced and vlyuchva a menu to help us lose weight.
