Studies claim that eating at night are really bad for the body because we'll all be sleeping in few hours. But I really get hungry at night. So, I just keep crackers and chips in my cabinet. I also have fruits. I eat my dinner around 5-6pm, that's one of the reasons why I get hungry around 9-10pm. My bedtime is 12am. So, when I feel my tummy's crumbling, I sneak into the cabinet and grab the available snacks and while munching, gives me a big hot smile!.. :) Cheers!

My parents say that eating before sleeping is bad. They told me that the food won't be digested and you'll gain weight in no time. In my experience, I also can't help but eat night snacks. Sometimes I control myself by just drinking water or sometimes milk.

Yup.. Eating before bedtime is really bad. But me, I eat snacks 2-3 hours before my bedtime so it still works for me. And when there's only minutes before I go to bed, I also drink a glass of water or milk. It helps in sleeping too. Thanks!

I MUST take supper; I wouldn't want to go to bed hungry; that's like torturing myself.

Yes, late snack is not a really good habit they also say its make you fat and hard to sleep, but i rather eat than heard my stomach crumbling the whole night. I sometimes do also eat late snack, especially when i do have a lot of works or watching really good movies at night. buy i usually eat fruits and drink milk at night.
