stay happy in tough situations also

My mom told me today that we should be happy in tough situations also ! Its a GOD's way to make us strong ! but i wonder how can we be happy whenever everything is going wrong in our life ??

I believe that happiness is a choice - you can choose to stay happy even when everything goes wrong. There are times in my life when everything goes wrong but I choose to stay happy and not to be affected.

It is really hard to be happy in tough situations,but this is the way that people should responde to them.We may not be exactly happy but we don`t have to let the people see our weakness,because that will make us vulnerable.We just have to accept everything with smile,and we have to be really strong.
