Which software is best for video editing?

I see lot of movies daily. But i want to do some editing in the film.
For instance some video has the logo in the border of the screen. i want to remove the logo, because it irritates the normal view of the cinema.
can any one suggest me the best software to remove that logo.?

If you are serious about video editing, Avid Media Composer and After Effect for special effects are two programs that, if you have both, can work miracles. However, Avid might be over kill if all you are wanting to do is remove a logo. I have never used Avid to do that so I wouldn't know how, but I am sure it can be done.

I recommanded use Power director 9...if want add special effect use adobe after effect
