Getting Less Fun?

In the last couple of seasons i think that Family guy is losing some of its funny bone!!!Most of the episodes contain gory situations!!!And not just family guy, American Dad (same creator) is also getting more gory!!!And when i mean gory i meant gory like the episode that Francine's face gets Melted with acid!!
Does anyone else agree or is it just me?

Fox has so many cartoons shows. To me the better ones are The Simpsons, but I also like Family Guy. With so many shows of course that they are starting to having less ideas, or at least good ideas. Even The Simpsons are getting less fun. The previous seasons are so much better. But maybe it's just a phase. Maybe they get more ideas that will make us LOL. :)
