c-cleaner.exe being removed after install

I installed my Ccleaner more than 3 times but every time it was installed, the ccleaner.exe is always missing which means it is automatically being removed. sometimes it is not missing but whenever I try to run it, nothing is happening then afterward it was missing again? anyone know what is the cause? :)
