Where do our thoughts really come from?

Do you find yourself thinking and when a thought speaks in your head you would say that was not me? Where do these thoughts come from and is it ourselves that speaks to us or is it from another realm?

thi happens quite alot and it really surprises me.Sometimes it happens that my thinking goes through such leaps and bounds that it really diffcult to comprehend as to what really the idea on which i was thinking and to what point i have come its really diffcult to realte both of them ,may be its the intensity to thinking or the seriousness of the topic to us which invite us to dwelvw deeper and deeper into never ending chasm where we free flow on our thought process and sudenly we feel amazed as to how unconnected our imagination has become to the orignal idea and we are sudddenly back to the starting point finding another way to fulfill our desire to get answers about questions hidden in our minds

from God who create this world and also adam and eve
because according to Genesis book
"Human eat The fruit and they eyes "open" , and they know they are naked"
God Create that Trees before create Human , so that means without God Human can,t have any thoughts

Oh,this is from our mind,and where our mind from?And that is the powerful tools that can human have..We can think,the past ,present,future,and great because we have powerful mind...but that is given from God...to us..It is His creations that man can use it to think what is right and good..
