Hi befrind, It is great to get the many responses in a discussion. Furthering discussions makes for interesting reads. I think it is great you can get so many in your discussions. Yes I feel the same way, although I do not start many discussions, but when I am about to, I do re-read it carefully looking at it from many different points of view before I submit it. There can be many discussions with fewer responses that many for great discussion also, as it really depends on the topic. Great job with your huge responses.

I think that getting the right topic and posting it at the right time, is really something that is the proper combination to say the very least. There are just a lot of times where a post can be posted on another day and it does good, but if posted again at another time, it might only do moderately well or rather not too well at all. Be that as it may, getting a good degree of responses is rather something to pat yourself on the back for. There are a lot of times where you can count yourself in on a job well done with rather getting a lot of responses. On average, my topics tend to net somewhere around 8 to 12 solid responses, with some being slightly less, some slightly more, but that is just average. Really if you get more than five responses, that is a success for some people.

You're lucky, I've been in this site for 2 years and so far the highest number of responses I got is just less than twenty.

Yes me too interested to start a discussion which gives me more responses. Im here last one month i too received average responses for all my discussions. My highest is from 25 i think. But i wil make my target to reach 50responses but before i have to choose good discussion to start.

I'm always looking for interesting topics but I'm not so good myself at producing them. 50 seems like a dream! I haven't got anywhere near that figure! That really must feel great. Cats and dogs do better than me!
