Castration is the most logical. Raping is a psychological problem with issues that may never be fixed. Take away the one thing that rules them.

in Islam Pusnishment for a rapist is,,, if rapist is bachelor then in irdu "80 Koray" ( i dont know english of Koray) and if the rapist is a married person then he would be "Sangsar" .

Castrate them then mabey that might make them think twice about doing it again lol. In respect to the above post why would you lock them away AND give them therapy would'nt that just be a waste of state money doing this ???

I agree. Locking them up and giving them therphy only cures them so they can get out. Soon as they get out they usually do it again. Make it so they cant...Cut it off

Personally I think you should hang rapists by their balls – but that’s just my personal view. Or maybe they can cut off the balls. But they’ll never legalize these things.
