Does anyonw know why I cannot log in to Neobux. Internet explorer continously times out or reorts bad gateway.
This has been happening over the past 3 weeks.

Can you reach the main Neobux page: http://www.neobux.com/ ? If not, this sounds like a DNS error and it MAY be because your ISPs DNS is corrupted. It could also be something on your machine (either in the bookmark you are using or in the cache) which is directing you to an invalid server.
Try first clearing your browser cache. Then either use the link above or type the URL into the browser address bar. If that doesn't work, then you can be fairly sure that it isn't your browser or your machine.
The actual IP address of Neobux is 174.37.9.220 (and it is the job of a DNS to find that IP when you type a URL into the browser) so this should work just as well: http://174.37.9.220 (if MyLot doesn't resolve that into a hyperlink, just copy it and paste it into your browser). If that works, you can be almost certain that it is a problem with your ISP.
I am assuming that you are directly connected to your ISP on an ASDL or dialup line. If you are connecting through a commercial network (at work or college, for example) then it may be that the System Manager has blocked certain sites and there is probably nothing you can do (apart from pleading with the System Manager!)

If you are NOT connecting through a managed network and you want to use a different DNS, it is worth trying OpenDNS. This is a free service (to individual users) which has several advantages over using your ISP's DNS (which is the default, of course).
You can read more about it and learn how to set it up here: http://www.opendns.com/

Ummm ... I'm sorry, I seem to have misled you about the IP address. It DOESN'T go where I would have expected it to! In fact, it gives me a blank page.
This means that Neobux are actually redirecting traffic to another server (which many sites do as a precautionary measure) and that, if you arrive at their server using just the IP address, it cannot redirect you to the login/main page!
The only alternative here is to either ask your System Manager or Internet Service Provider (they are, effectively, the same thing when it comes to this sort of problem) to resolve the issue or to try using an alternative DNS service, such as OpenDNS.
@ Kundanraj: Before I retired, I worked for many years in First Line System Support, User Support and User Training. I don't claim to know everything by any means: my job was to know WHY something happens

i think you need to check your pc date and time, some times this problem occurs when the date of pc is wrong, this happened once to me and when i checked the date i found it wrong but after setting the date all gone right.
