I had ONLY $9.50 in my Paypal Account, Not Much, but something was there. And on the 15-Sep-2011 I received an email saying that My Account Balance was Auto Withdrawn to my Personal Bank Account, but the said Amount was never credited into my Bank Account. I LOST the whole amount I had. Can somebody tell me why did that happen? Above all "WHY WAS MY ACCOUNT AUTO WITHDRAWN WITHOUT ANY OF MY CONSENT" Has anybody faced the same problem like I did......? Can somebody help me regarding this.... I need my Money Back

Hi Sreekala, It is not about the updates. But it is about crediting the withdrawn money in our bank account. I went through the discussions and learnt the updates. but am not sure if people have actually received the money in their bank account, after paypal's auto withdraw activity. It would be of great help if anyone could throw light on this.

It would be of greater help if you could verify in your bank account and let us know. It is the 8th day and I have not got the money credited yet!

Hi Padu, I was trying to give an answer for the question, why it is auto withdrawn. I had 82 cents in my paypal account which also auto drawn into my bank. I have not checked whether it reached to my bank, just because the amount is very small. Today I will check the same and let you know about it. Many got the auto withdrawn and successfully get the amount into their bank.

Just wanted to remind, you can contact Paypal themselves instead of asking here. My guess, Paypal automatically transfers the balance to your bank if you haven't withdrawn within one week. However, the minimum amount is $10. Your $9.50 might have been rounded to $10 and scheduled for transfer. Wait, you'll get it in 2 days. (This delay happens. Previously Paypal transferred money to my account and I received after 3 days.)

Thanks for your responds, but I tried contacting Paypal through CONTACT US option, but I didn't get any reply. I have again sent it today, so hopefully they will respond to my issue as expected. I know the Minimum amount that I can withdraw is $10.00, coz' I had once tried to withdraw manually but couldn't since I didn't have $10.00. Like u said, payment can be delayed, so I still hope to receive my Money soon....

Venkat, there is nothing wrong if it is asked here, mylotters (from India) are experienced with paypal and have their own experience to share.

What I wonder is, I haven't received any mail from paypal so far and my balance still remains there. ($7.78) I've read here in this discussion that every Indian is to be covered by the new policy, so I'm just expecting my turn.

Hi, This things happened even to me. I had $9.41 in my paypal account and on Sep 14th I got a mail from paypal that it was auto withdrawn. I am still not able to find the money in my bank account. I even verified the account number mentioned in the transaction details and it very well refers to my bank account. Also, the status of the transaction has been changed from pending to completed 2 days back. Am afraid if I will be getting the money or not. Please let me know once your money gets credited. Thanks in advance!

It may take 5-7 days but when I withdrawn money to my bank I got the money on third day. I think you people can contact paypal. Earlier if we withdraw the money to bank and if it is not reached the bank then it will automatically send back to paypal. Now I am not sure about the fate of that facility since paypal made the auto withdraw. I hope both of you will get your hard earned money at the earliest.

I came to know recently that PayPal has an option called Auto Transfer along with its other features. This option was really supposed to stop all the hassles, but it really has increases all the fuss for the first timers- like you and me... This feature lets you get all the amount transfered to your account without the need to visit your PayPal account every now and then. Just relax and wait for paypal to transfer amount to your bank account instead. Chill down, your money is safe. If you are not satisfied then you can go to 'My Bank accounts' and edit your banks preferences. Regards, Ajith.

Hi, First of all who's Mark you're referring to? Anyway To link you Paypal with your bank account you will just have to add your Bank Account No in Paypal, and they will send you a small amount of verify your account. After 2-3 Days you will recieve that small amount into your bank account, then log back in to paypay and enter the exact amount received in your bank account that was sent by Paypal to become Verified. Thanx

oh no. that's bad. i think you should go to your paypal account and file a complaint. i think there is no such thing as auto withdrawal in paypal and these kind of transactions have to be user initiated!

This is an option available in paypal which will be set default.Once you have balance enough for withdrawal and if you didn't withdraw, then paypal automatically transfers it.I think this will be done on a daily basis now.Check out the settings.I think it can be unmarked.Don't worry about the money. It will be available in your bank account soon.Cheers,..
