When I am sad and feeling alone, I called my mom for guidance. My mom has been always part of my life. When I call her my sadness will wash away.
When I am Stress, I eat a lot like chocolate, pizza, burger and fries. Or even having a quality time with my friends.
Lastly, I sleep a lot. I will regenerate your cells to feel better.

When I was stressed in the past, I used to deal with it by eating a lot of junk food but then I came to the conclusion that this wasn't at all helpful and that it just made me feel even more down after the initial high of eating the food at first. Now, when I am feeling sad, I tend to go out for a job because doing this will release chemicals in your body and it is much better than eating junk food because the results last for longer and do your body a lot of good in the long term, too. Since making this discovery almost a year ago, I have lost five stones, and I haven't looked back since to tell you the truth.

Junk foods is a comfort food for all of us but it gives unending worries sooner or later. Good for you to combat stress and sadness. Finding a job will surely make ourselves contented and honored. :D

nearly every time i feel stressed, i would remind myself wheather i properly have things planed and have them done efficiently, because i beliebe in most cases, stress results from lack of plan, when a highly detailed plan is formed, usually, i can save myself from over-loaded.

When i'm feeling sad i usually listen to the radio or watch movie to uplift my spirits. When i'm stressed i'll usually read a book might talk to a friend or 2 advice is always helpful even if you think the comments negative or positive at the time our minds aren't in the mood to receive that type of comment. Its the way how you handle you the situation which at the end it usually turns out good.

Parents and relatives can give a lot of comfort, of course. My sister gives me a call when she feels sad and frustrated. Well, we all have ups and downs in the course of the lifetime. One of my ways to feel relieved of stresses is practising meditation. I have been practising meditation for some years now, and it has been very helpful to feel relieved of sadnesses and stresses.

It's nice to know that you call your mom whenever you feel sad and alone.
A mom, is the best that could console us when we are lonely or sad indeed, next to God. However, if you don;t have a mom, then it will be God that you should talk to when you are stressed and sad.
Me, when i am stressed i stop, close my eyes and pray. Usually, when at home i would go to the bedroom, while hubby is still at work , and cry and talk to God. It is really wonderful to be able to to do that.
