Have you experienced losing one the you really, really love? How did you accept it? Last, last week I lost my mother and I never knew that it would be so hard. I cried and I'm still thinking about her most of the time. Those last memories seem pasted on my mind.

It is okay to cry when you lose a loved one. In the past two decades, I have lost several dear relatives. I deal with my losses by thinking of the blessing they were to me and of all the wonderful moments we had. Besides, as a Christian, I know that someday I shall see them all (though I currently often have visits from my deceased relatives).
