I don't like mayonnaise

Mayonnaise? I like it very much! Although some study proven that mayo can cause many health issues. But we can also get benefits from it, it is a good source of vitamin E.

suggest mustard to your boss. i love mayonnaise though. There is always mirical whip but idk if it has eggs or not. I have never heard of anyone being alergic to eggs

So what do you like instead of mayo? My husband eats Miracle Whip salad dressing. Has about the same stuff in it, just less of some things and definitely more sugar. Way too sweet for me. Many people put mustard or ketchup on things here if they don't like mayo, for sandwihes, many people use butter. Olive oil or submarine oil are also favorites. So what have you tried instead?

I used to like mayonnaise when i was a kid because of the sweet taste that comes with it. As i grew older, i began to find it weird and slowly withdrew myself away from that.. lol =D I'm alright with tatar sauce even there's a little bit of mayonnaise in it, but at least it's not so strong.. haha On top of that, mayonnaise has a weird smell that makes me want to puke whenever i smell it.. haha

hate it!!!I only like ketchup(although i don't like tomatos very much xD)!!!Feel like puking just from smelling(not that i have anything against people that eat it)

i love mayonnaise, especially if it has cheese. hehe i do not like the spreads you can get from the groceries myself too, because its too sour... :D

I thought I was the only one who didn't like mayonnaise at all. I find it difficult to buy sandwiches with just plain ingrediants, most seem to have something extra added, like mayo, mustard, sauce etc. If I buy a burger, I have to wait for ages until they give me one with just the burger, no mayo, no relish, no gherkin. Why do most people spoil the taste of their food with all these other things. Everything must taste the same to them, so why bother with the food at all, they could save a lot of money if they just ate the mayo or sauce on its own.

Hello secretbear, Contrary to you, I love mayonnaise so much. If I could, I love to put mayonnaise on all my food Whenever I have free time at home, my husband and I love to have boiled eggs, potatoes, mixed vegetables and mayonnaise mixed together.

I love to use mayonnaise but my son hates it. He actually checks each item for it before biting into anything. If I order a chicken sandwich and forget to tell them no mayo I have to try so scrape it off and change the bun before he sees it. Sometimes he eats it without knowing and he doesn't even know it so I am not sure why he will not eat it by choice?

My husband is the same way. He dislikes mayonnaise. Actually, he loathes it! He does not like the texture and overall "look" of it, for some reason. He says he has been that way since he was just a little boy. As for me, I just love it! I eat hotdogs, burgers, and even breaded fish with just mayo for dipping or sidings.

I don't hate mayonnaise but I don't like it either. I can eat sandwiches with mayonnaise but I hate it on salads. That's why I seldom eat macaroni salads :P

there was a time when i loved the mayonesee , but dont know i why dont like it anymore .. be because of the high cholretstol it has .... or i have no other reason to tell .. it been ages since i have tasted mayonese ,, so at the moment im really in mood to eat mayo ... but tomorrow i will go to store and buy it ..

I used to dislike the taste of mayonnaise. But once I had to buy a sandwich from the cafetaria cos I was really hungry and there was nothing else to eat. And the sandwich had both mayonnaise and tomato (I'm not fond of tomatoes either). But hunger beat everything I guess. The sandwich wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. In fact, it was quite good. And now I buy it quite often even if there are other choices available. But if you were to ask me to eat mayonnaise elsewhere, I may not want to xP Cos there are different brands of mayonnaise and some really just don't taste nice.

Oh since you said the reason, I understand now. You just hate eggs and the sour taste. But if you ask me, I love mayonnaise, but I hate ketchup. I love mayonnaise, I dip any fried food there, and I love burger and french fries with mayo. I love salad with Mayo. I love Mayo with chips and also for wheat bread. I love munching Mayo when we have Mayo at home. I love the original flavor, I do not prefer the other with flavors like chicken, bacon, ham and cheese and whatever. And also, I can use Mayo for my hair. I apply it and it makes my hair stronger and shinnier. I love Mayo and I feel sad you do not like it, but since you said if you have no other choice of spreads and Mayo is available, you try it, it left a smile on my face.

It is pity to hear that you are allergic to eggs. No wonder you have to avoid Mayonnaise, no matter how delicious it is. I have a friend who also allergic to eggs, that she also avoiding the mayonnaise and even cakes. As for me, i loves to eat Mayonnaise a lot and even use it as sandwich spread. It is delicious to eat Mayonnaise as sandwich spread when we add hotdog into it.

But, I love mayo! It's yummy and deliciouso! I love it. But, I understand why you don't like. Maybe the texture or its extra softness makes you feel bad plus its sour taste. I can't blame you,but for me it's best to have salad and spreads with much of mayonnaise.

i do not like mayonnaise either sometimes i can stand to eat it on a cheeseburger and tuna salad but on nothing else and i can only eat a little bit where i can just barely taste it mayonnaise does come from eggs eggs that are rotted so it is kind of gross to think about how it is made but i see where your comming from not eating it because you are allergic to eggs so i wonder if you would be allergic to mayonnaise? if it wernt so expensive it would be fun just to go get tested and see but curosity is not enough to cover the expense of it

I love mayonnaise, but it is very bad for me ! I can't stand Miracle Whip or mustard, though.
