Seriously, do you know of the reason you are having a headache? I have thought about the headaches i've been having and i'd say that here are some of the reasons why I have been having the headache... 1. Lack of sleep 2. Stress, I have been emotionally drained the past days because of something i discovered. 3. Work, and the deadline that goes with it... 4. trying to hold back tears...

but seriously, headache is defined as a pain in the head or upper neck. It is one of the most common locations of pain in the body and has many causes. and there are three major categories of headaches such as primary, secondary, and cranial neuralgias, facial pain, and other headaches. read more from here: http://www.medicinenet.com/headache/article.htm

Hi Chiyosan. Once in a while I get headache too, some times very bad. I was not able to figure out what the cause of it is. Then, after a number of times, I noticed that on the day when I had too much strong coffee, I would have headache. So, I changed from normal strong coffee to decaffinated coffee. That worked. I don't get headaches like before.

Hi chiyosan! I guess your first three reasons cannot be avoided, I mean you don't have control over it. But your last reason, maybe you can try avoid doing that so you won't have headaches. In my case, currently the reason I'm getting a headache is because the smell of paint here in our office because my boss's office is getting repainted and the smell reaches me because my workplace is just beside my boss's office. And then, heat plus reading and writing (school works) at home also give me a headache. What else... Yeah, lack of sleep for consecutive nights also gives me a headache, too. Sudden change in weather (extremes) also gives me a headache.

What gives me headaches are thinking about solution to a certain problem. When I am planning to achieved my goal, I get headache sometimes because i have a vague process on having a plans. Too much crying gives me headache too and when I am in front of the screen or monitor for more than 12 hours, i get tired eyes and headache after. When I am outside and there is a little rain, I get headache within the day. When I am over worked, plus stress in a day, I get headache for whole day and no pain reliever can cure it and I do not know why.

Reasons I have headaches lately are 1. I don't eat nearly enough 2. Lack of sleep 3. Being on the computer way too long 4. Grinding my teeth at night 5. My boyfriend's kids 6. Way too stressed out about everything 7. Having to deal with my boyfriend's custody arrangement (his ex wife won't do what is in the papers) 8. His ex wife not taking care of the kids so when they actually are over here the littlest one always comes back with diaper rashes because his ex never changes diapers or bathes them. So having to make sure both children are taken care of properly 9. Car payments 10. No work so no money 11. depression I think that covers the major reasons

There are lot of things that gives you headache and usually those people around you.. That was the first reason. Second is the environment. and Third is the situation. As my daily routine in life i work with my husband in internet cafe and there is no single doubt that we are the one who always together and there are single of minute that we argue that gives me headache for the entire day. Environment can affect too.. Sometimes i get headache to the place i work sometimes it always noisy and crowded like i am getting crazy after all to clean and to wipe all the dust. Third is the situation when bad luck came that was a real head ache when we got only small sales.

When I get headaches most of the time it's due to stress or being at the computer too long, also due to trying to sleep when I'm not really tired but nothing to do. I rarely get headaches anymore.

I mostly get headaches when I've been exposed to loud, continuous noise. Such as loud music, or loud machines. Another reason I get headaches is staring at the computer screen for hours without my glasses. It strains my eyes, and therefore gives me a headache. Those are the only reasons I get headaches, and I don't get them that often. The only other reason I can think of is some kind of new medication that I take. Sometimes, certain medications will give me a headache.

People without compassion and consideration gives me headache. They don't want to hear your own opinions. they always think that they are right. They never consider what would other feels if they will going to do it. It gives me headache when people keep on asking me a question all over again. Also, people who did not follow instructions. When you give him a job, he can't make it and you need to remake it again. A very waste of time. such a headache.!

Most of the times I have a headache it is because the way I sit or lay down, it's a pain in my neck and I get a headache because of that. Once in a while I get a headache because of the never ending stories of certain people (mostly complaining and never being satisfied). If I have a headache it takes days before it's gone :-(

Firstly, I hope that whatever situation you are dealing with is soon resolved. I get a fair amount of headaches, enough that I almost consider myself an expert. For me, there are many reasons I get headaches. Fatigue, florescent lighting, lack of sleep, eye strain and stress are a few of my main headache triggers. Maybe don't ask why you have the headache, take gentle care of your headache instead.

I think that the biggest reason for most people who get headaches is because they don't drink enough water, and therefore become dehydrated. If this is the case for you, then simply sipping on water throughout the course of the day really can make all of the difference in your life. The other main reason is a lack of sleep. I find that when I have fewer than around 7 hours sleep I will struggle the next day because I will have a headache for the rest of the day. But if you make sure that you're drinking enough water and getting enough sleep then you should find that, really, you're alright.

Yes dear friend, for me obviously lack of sleep is the main cause of headache. So, when I suffered from it, I always sleep for sometimes and it will be all right.

I am sure you have headaches because of that reasons you give..That is the cause of it,and you can't sleep i mean lack of sleep, think back the tars, stress and so on..So if you want to pass that just be positive, try to sleep, and do not think negative thoughts..

i get a headache when i lack sleep and when i'm drunk, the next morning i get a headache. Stress also triggers headache. I used to sleep at 12midnight and wakes up 5:30am for my classes up to 5pm. This really causes headache right?
