I want to lose my weight a little bit, as in Internet there are many different diet pills I want to know more about others experience. Could you share with me you own experience about taking the diet pills for weight loss?

My friend , before buying those diet pills, be sure to see a doctor first.
Diet pills have various side effects . It pays that you consult your doctor about it first , because it might give you a complication. Besides, there are imitation diet pills that doesn't really have a slimming effect but instead bad effect.
Be careful my friend.

Hi,
Thank you very much for your answer. I heard about bad effect, but some of them are natural and I saw good result. But I do not know how it effected their health.

Well, maybe you could let them honestly tell you how they do it. Maybe they are still really dieting in addition to taking it.

Hi Jelenaveli! I have tried Xenical a looooooong time ago and it was... eewwwrr messy... I have tried taking Biguerlai but it makes me keep on coming to the restroom. I have tried Kankunis and yes it sure worked! After some time though, i have developed some tolerance to it.
There is a buzz about Leisure Slimming coffee as i have seen my officemates loosing weight with it. I wont dare taking it because i get palpitations with the simple coffee. I have also tried taking Fashion Slimming Milk Shake. It sure is effective, i did loose 3 inches on my tummy but it gave me the palpitations plus the insomnia. I have however taken the Leisure Slimming Orange Juice. I dont take it everyday because i have difficulty getting sleep. Would you believe, it kept me awake till 3am?! I cant take this forever. I even have 9 boxes of this slimming juice, do you want it? I would even be willing to give it to you for free because i cant handle the insomnia.
There are many diet pills in the market. I even researched those that are dangerous as it causes liver cancer.
I am not a guru into these stuff but i would need to give you these points:
1. Taking L-carnitine is literally of no use if you dont exercise.
2. The diet pills or juices or whatever else you see may work for others but may not work for you.
3. If you love to eat, why wont you try taking Chromium picolinate? It costs around Php700+. This supplement will help you reduce your appetite. If you cant afford this, try eating loads of broccoli as this had high chromium content. Broccoli may make you gassy but it sure can decrease your appetite.
4. Sleep 8 hours. It has something to do with the leptin levels. I dont know if you notice it that sleeping less makes you want to eat more.
5. Eat less in the evening.
6. Exercise.
I know nothing beats diet and exercise. Even so, the thought of loosing weight fast comes to me every once in a while. hehehehe.

Diet pills work but its not good for health. Its not a healthy life style to take diet pills. I dont have full idea though some say its still in the surveillance phase. But its not like daily exercises and work outs.
