risk or careful plan?

Both are equally important. We should take risks in life and at the same time there should be careful planning in our life. Some people in these days, mainly younger people hesitates to take risks in their life. Many big industrialist today, came from poor family, they took risks and careful planning in their life inorder to succeed. iam too started my own business after my college, without any background. I faced lot of hurdles, and going towards my ambition. So young peoples today should be strong enough to take risks in their life.
