My friend has the stomach / intestine. He gets chemo for 4 weeks from 15 weeks. His fiancee will not postpone the wedding date. When I visit him, he is partially absent one looks as if he could see right through me. He stands just under drug influence. Just as pain killers, etc. Is this marriage valid then ever.

My brother-in-law and his wife got married when she was very ill. She had cancer and she received chemotherapy and radiation treatment and their wedding took place at the hospital, because his wife was too ill to leave the bed. Their marriage was legally binding just like any other marriage, and the fact that she was very ill didn't make any difference. I think that your friend will also be able to get married just like people who aren't ill, but of course he has to be able to sign the papers and he has be able to take part in the ceremony. That might be difficult for him if he is in a lot of pain and partially absent, but I don't think that the legal part of it will be a problem.

The marriage is legal in any case, he goes voluntarily ein.Das chemotherapy he gets it absolutely has nothing to tun.Seine mental health, and the weighing of pros and cons are so full of him, he sometimes received heblieben.Das apathetic feels safe to you has the reason that such treatments are extremely exhausting, to have to have such a disease once he coped mentally werden.Solange So take responsibility for themselves and can not have an official guardian as is common in mentally ill people he can do what he wants when he wants and how he wants it.
