What is arial unicode? Is it designed to view Chinese characters or Korean characters on my computer?

It`s not a possibility .Try it because it can`t harm your computer and it may fix your problem

If you mean you want to type in other languages, then I think you need to install sth in your computer. I installed Hanyu Pinyin previously and so I can now type in Chinese.
