why do we addicted to sweet things like candy even if it hurts a lot?

we human are someone who addicted to the things with magnificent surface, it is not to say we are shallow, it is just our initially movtivation to be eye-caught by gorgeous things,what do you think guys?

You may think you are not hurting, but the thing is you are, candies have a lot of refined sugars that make you fat, specially if you eat them in the night, during the day they are not that bad because you still move a lot and therefore burn energies, but if you eat them in the night, your body is not gonna use them, so it's gonna store them transforming them in fats.
Yeah and apart from that it damages your teeth enamel.

They are addictive because when you eat sugars the body makes serotonin in high levels, that make you feel good. That is why sometimes our body "asks us for something sweet", I dont think someone is gonna feel often like eating broccoli or something healthy. Remember not to eat them in the night. Three hours before go to bed just eat proteins.

I don't eat sweets a lot,but I know why people get addicted to candies.They are very delicious.
Once you have started eating you will keep on eating.I am not addicted to sweets so I can control myself though.I am also afraid of being diabetic.
