What gadgets do you consider as essentials in your life?

Technology has given us a lot of gadgets and every now and then new gadgets are introduced to us that eventually become essential. For me there are a some gadgets that I think is essential in my life. Cellphones are definitely first in the list. Laptops/PC are next on my list since this is essential in my profession. The next would have to be a camera since as of the moment I am really into photography. I am already considering a tablet as of the moment but I am still having second thoughts if this is really essential to me. How about you? What are your essential gadgets?

I would say my iPhone, my Macbook Pro are essential and my iPhone does have a camera. I also have a camera that I inherited from my husband but it is mostly for photographing friends and family as it is also a 5.0 and not that goo for professional. I am planning to buy an iPad when I get the money. I have been through the "do you really need that?" and I suppose you are suffering from the same guilt feelings. If you are in the writing or photographic business, having a tablet would come in handy since n some places you cannot carry a laptop around and all the other stuff. ;

I got out of that phrase at the beginning of this year. Before that, I was busy trying to figure out what I would use it for rather then reading, but I saw all the things I could do. Would not think that writing a novel on it wold be a good idea unless I get the extended keyboard. I am waiting until the iPad 3 or 4 comes out since I feel it would be better then the iPad 2.

same as you,its my cellphone. I used this to communicate to people I know and also some surfing @ net, I can't imagine a day without it, then of course my laptop. hehe that's the only gadget I have now:D

To me, my cellphone is essential, especially ow that I am looking for a new job. It keeps me connected to my loved ones and of course, I am waiting for my applications. My next essential gadget would be my laptop since I am pursuing my MBA right now. It's really easier to have a laptop rather than to take notes, especially if the professor doesn't give out his presentations. I want a tablet as well, but I don't think I need it that much right now, I am quite satisfied with my laptop as of the moment.

Now- this is hard to decide which one to add and which one to exclude as they all seem so essential now a days. I have almost every one of them and whenever I hear about a new one want to grab it without any delay. I have been looking for a tablet pc for some time despite having 2 laptops.
