For me, Selling Booze on Sunday won't be a problem for me, as long as those people taking responsibility, don't drink and drive, and don't cause any problem around the neighborhood. As matter of fact, even though the state laws and federal laws restrict stores to sell beer on Sunday, some people can store up their fridges full of beer before Sunday, it seems not much effect on them. So, Sunday booze sale might increase the sales volume of those stores on the weekend. So, if the state government pass this law soon, go for it. I won't mind at all.

You can buy booze here in the UK on Sundays...on any day for that matter, but sadly we have a hugely massive drink problem, especially amongst the young. I agree that it shouldn't be a problem if people take responsibility and behave themselves, but sadly here in the UK the opposite has been the case. I hope that if drinking laws are extended in your country, that people are sensible enough to not turn it into the same problem as we have here.

It shouldn't matter what day of the week it is. If someone wants to drink on Sunday, they could still buy it any day before that.

I do not see anything wrong with it either. They sell it every other day of the week. Some states already sell it on Sunday. Some restaurants also sell it.
