that is a nice scene. its nice to live in the country and the be close to nature. heres the field that i look at it nice in the winter too.

Isn't it great to live in an area like that? I, too, live in that type of area in Western Colorado. Here is a picture I took of a great mule deer buck and his does in the front pasture of a friends property. I have been watching this buck for the last two years and I know he will be around next year, also. He didn't get as big as he is by being stupid.

Wow, you have a great spot for these darlings that can become pests. I have 43 acres and a deep ravine with creek that the deer tend to travel through. We tend to see them mostly when folks are shooting and in the late fall when they begin to gather to attempt to survive Ohio winters. Thanks for sharing and we are blessed!

That is a peaceful sight. Isn't it amazing how the deer blend in to the scearny? We just bought 2 acres and have little critters running around. The house we moved from was in the country also and had dear all around! I bet you have to watch the road carefully while driving. Espically during the dusk hour and cooler seasons. Do you have feeders placed in your yard?
