I don't think so and no matter how hard I try, I will never be perfect. For me, I want to improve my way of thinking because sometimes, I'm a pessimist. I always think of negative thoughts which I know is not good because I'm attracting negative things. I also want to be brave and courageous in facing problems at school, family, friends, love, and in different aspects of life. Also my health. I want to eat vegetables but I can't that's why my body is not that healthy and I'm prone to have sick. Huhu. But anyway, I'm really trying my best to take good care of myself. I also want to change my looks even for a while so that my crush would notice me and never look to other girls out there. :D but most of all, I want to have more patience because I'm a hot tempered person. I easily get mad. Those are the things I wanted to change about myself. :D

Of course I am perfect!
No, not really. I would like to become fitter. I am reasonably fit compared to most of the population, but there is lots of room for improvement. I would like to have a more muscular physique and I also know that my cardio fitness needs improving. I have slacked off a little in this area over the last few months, but now that winter is over and the days are getting longer, I am starting to get back into a few fitness activities again. I have been mountain biking again lately and am just getting back into kayaking again too. I plan on getting back into barefoot running again too. This is awesome along the many beaches here or on the grass around sporting fields.

My legs are a little on the stick side, but no more than the rest of me!
I had a good workout area at my old house but I do not have the room at this house. I have more land, but not as much undercover indoor area, so my workouts will have to be out in nature! We can always improve. Life is all about getting better and learning new things and then improving on them.

'undercover indoor area'... I had to figure that one out :D
I bet it's almost impossible to do fitness activities without attracting attention. Either it's your visibility, audibility (e.g. your breath) or the smell that causes your neighbors to become curious :D That's why a lot of people have given it up to perform in private and instead use fitness studios with wide windows where everyone can marvel at their activities and their astral bodies hehehe
but to work out in nature is a good idea because the air is much cleaner and you get more oxygen. For example I've found out that I make less pull-ups inside than outside because oxygen exchange is much more efficient when you're outside. The difference even becomes noticeable if it's only a roof above you while the room/ window is open.

fitness is always a good thing we can improve. I don't think that age has much to do with it, thinking of vegan body builder Jim Morris here :D
barefoot running sounds very interesting and like fun to me. Perhaps I should try that, too. I've heard that it's very healthy.
I'm trying to keep fit by making push-ups and pull-ups each day which also has a nice side-effect on my torso. But I'm definitely walking/ running too little, my legs look like sticks lol. Something that can be improved!

While a realist, I have never thought I was perfect. I nonetheless aim towards perfection in anything I do. And for those things that I cannot do or where I fail, I simply lean on the perfection of my Lord Jesus.

I am a long way from perfect. I would like to change my motivation, weight, cholesterol, memory, good cravings, negative attitude, metabolism and breathing capacity. So now I just have to get my motivation going and try to get all these things improved and taken care of.

there's a saying where I live which goes something along the lines of:
if you are in anger sleep on it and the next day you'll be more prudent.
I've figured that I need time if I want to be creative. If I'm pressed for time it's very difficult.
Yeah, I know the feeling. I want to change, too but sometimes changes of conditions have to come first.
Cheers

actually, everyone is not good enough in this world.
but sometimes we can't identify these shortcoming
or we don't have enough power to change it
even though we had known them
I have many shortcoming also.for example,I couldn't
easy to say no to other people.

No, I am not perfect. I think I would like to improve on a lot of things. I want to improve on my typing, understanding, and I would also want to improve on working in a job. Typing-when I type say like a message, I would sometimes mess up and switch some words around. Like if I want to say "I was there once," I would put "I am was there one a day before." Understanding-I am disabled since I was 9 month old and my problem is its hard for me to understand sometimes. Working on a job-I would need to improve on that. Lucky enough I work with my dad on construction so instead of firing me he gives advice that I need to be motivated. I do not seem to do a great job (speaking for myself) and always them tell me what to do. Well right here, its because I hate construction work.

it is good that you have identified the things you'd like to improve. This is the first step and the second step is to achieve your goals by practice and intuition. I can imagine that construction is a hard work and motivation by your dad is good. Perhaps this can improve your abilities to do the job and when you do so you may not hate it so much anymore. Thank you for sharing your thoughts!

Perfect, no. Not even close. The way I look is not perfect. I am not perfectly mannered like a lady. And there are a lot of things that are imperfect in me.

yep, friends can help you improve yourself. But is there something that you, personally, would like to change/ improve? Of course you may be happy at the moment with everything, so there may be no need for improvement. To be able to improve one first has to 'detect' what's wrong or what doesn't correspond to one's personal ideals. Once detected you can make a plan to 'adjust' your behavior/ diet or whatever that makes you unique in the way you'd like yourself to be/ look like.
