Hi mylotters! How have you been guys? It's been two weeks now since i wasn't able to have a quality time here in mylot. I just miss making discussions and post responds. I am so TIRED with my nursing career, i expect this one. My office work was the total opposite. I miss the time when all i have to do in the office is seat back and relax, eat and eat and sleep with a pillow. hahaha! But i will never trade in my nursing career with that. I love being a nurse even if i am so tired. How about you?how are you? Please share.. i miss you all

Hi nurseclare, Always a pleasure to see you spending time here and I can imagine with your new job that it is getting quite difficult for you to do so as before. No worries my friend as it is nice to see you dropping by to let us know how you are doing. I have been blessed to say the least and always glad to be able to appreciate yet another day. Take care and hope that all continues well with you.

I also had a big break from mylot because of school. Haha, I liked to be someone who would work in an office. I think you call it office assistance, but I am not sure. I am trying to get a data entry position. I do hope is also a tiring job and a job I feel like "I accomplish something" for the day.

I really understand what you are saying about nursing. I love it too. In fact I loved it too much, now it has broken me down, and I cannot work anymore as a bedside nurse. I am pursuing still another career in health care BS in HIT. But I miss nursing so much. Watch out now and get your needed rest I didn't and wound up with 2 back surgeries.

Well, dear, I must say that in my opinion you have an enviable job. considering the fact that I am at the age of 36 years still unemployed, I'd love to work just like nurses. The only thing I would not give injections, too much responsibility and I really I would not be capable. That said, I think you have enough time even to write something every now MYLOT, discuss and respond much to make extra dollar. By the way I am Italian, and you, where are from ?

the reason why i like mylot very much is i can get immediate solutions to my problems. am being mylotter for the past one month. am doing some article writing and data entry jobs in online. am spending around 5 hours at average in mylot and i am so happy to working with this as our friends are giving immediate solutions to all my problems.

Same here. I am tired of my nursing career. Well yeah, I am still a volunteer nurse, doing "training" without any pay for 6 months. I guesse I am just tired of being a nurse because I am doing great efforts without anything given back to me. I just go on on duty. Well yeah, in spite of all this things I still love being a nurse because I always got to chance to help other people. Maybe, I if i get compensated fairly with what I do on my nursing career. Maybe I would love being a nurse more. But you know, in our current situation on our country. Nurses are still abused. Too bad.

Hello nurseclare, it's nice to see you. I think it's a good thing to be busy. Don't worry about MyLot, MyLot and all of us will always be here. Having a rewarding career like your is very exciting. Enjoy your job and the money you make. Make MyLot a part time thing since you enjoy it so much.

Hi there nurseclare! Good to hear from you again. To be honest, we have the same sentiment now. I have been very active in myLot previously since I have more or less like an office work before. But now, things have changed as I am already in the field doing my work. This situation doesn't allow me internet access. But like you, I am still happy with my situation now. I am now learning and experiencing a lot of things that I would never experience in my previous job. It is better than staying in a not so active job for me. Just make your passion of being a nurse as your motivation to keep up with the stressful work. It is better to be fulfilled in what you do as this is the career that you have decided to choose. Good luck on you and don't over stress yourself!

Hi clare! I missed your discussions lately and I missed mylot as well coz I was too busy lately with processing my papers and all. Like you, I love my career which is teaching. I'm a preschool teacher and being with kids is really fun. But now, since I took leave from school for a year because I have plans to leave the country, I truly miss my classes. Glad that you're back even though you're too busy! Keep up the good work! What matters is you love your job. It's nice to say, "I'm tired" during the night time but you felt productive with your job. God bless and all the best to you!

i have recently left my job as a truck driver because it was making me very unhappy, i actually went on a stress leave and am now on employment insurance. I only have about a month left on my benefits and am dreading having to go back to work, I probably wont be going back though. Right now i am in the middle of starting up a few companies, and trying every get rich quick scheme that i can find on the internet. I think it is better to that i do not go back to work, as i was always in a bad mood and the money wasnt good anyways. So i am going to try my luck for the next little bit and hope i can keep making my mortgage payments and what not and see where things go
