My sister-in-law has been telling me about it forever but I never had the time to try it out, and finally I gave it a try. Although I wasn't crazy about most of the music, I found myself humming to it later on. I really enjoyed trying to keep up with the steps and it really gives you a great workout in only 20 minutes.
So far I've played it about four times and I totally see myself making it into a weekly routine. I even got my 15 year old son to play it, he's very competitive about beating anyone's score in a video game. Yeah he beat my score without even doing all the moves the little cheat! Lol.
Anyways I still have to get to the new levels but in the mean time I have amazed myself with my new salsa moves I didn't think I would remember them but I did and was able to incorporate them with my regular moves. So I love that I feel like I took some classes even though I really didn't. What do you think about it? My favorite moves are the salsa and the belly dancing.

I have the game but I haven't really gotten into it yet. I tried it once and I was having a hard time getting the moves in the part that teaches you to them. Some of them I'd hit right without even knowing what I was doing and it would skip to the next one right away so when it actually comes to game play and scoring points I don't know how well I'd do. I want to give it another try though because I want to start working out again and losing some weight.

I decided to just try and play it without practicing and that was the most fun for me.
That's exactly what I did and it was so much more fun.
The more you do the faster you catch on to the steps. When I do it I sometimes do 2 sessions, can't hurt right?

That is exactly what I did at first I watched the part that teaches you how to do them, and it looked kind of hard to catch on to. I just kept putting it off and I don't really like the part of having to create a profile.
Although, one day I just decided to check it out and all I had to do was put my name into it the rest was just choosing the difficulty level and such. I decided to just try and play it without practicing and that was the most fun for me.
I felt like I had two left feet, but for some strange reason, I enjoyed every minute of it lol. When I got some of the steps right, I was more excited to try and learn more.
I don't know if it's the catchy music or what but I was so energized I couldn't believe I did 20 whole minutes and I still wanted to continue.

I have it on Xbox 360 with kinect. I'm not big into exercising, but it is a lot of fun. I love the belly dancing one and have gotten quite good at it. Just wish that I did it regularly, I get started and then something happens that it breaks my routine and then getting back to it proves difficult.
My youngest who's 8 likes it but gets frustrated because she can't get all the moves down or keep up with the changes. I explain to her that you have to memorize the steps and if you do it everyday or 4 or 5 times a week you'll get it down. She also will start and then quit. It will be good for the winter months though when we have PE. (She's home schooled)
Glad your enjoying it, just try not to let things interfere with the time you set for yourself.

It is a lot of fun, it doesn't even seem like you're excercising. I know I love the belly dancing too. I'm still trying to get all the steps down the right way.
I have an 8 year old daughter as well, she hasn't tried it yet, she likes the Just Dance 2 that one is a lot easier.
I'm really trying to make it into a routine at least every other day but for now I'm just doing it whenever I can.
I can't wait to get to the next levels and I heard they're making a Zumba 2 can't wait to try that one out.

We had Just Dance 1 and 2 and turned them in for Zumba. I hadn't heard that another was coming out, will have to check into that.
The moves take a little getting used to, I still cant do the turn very well, with the pivoting of the feet. Not sure why but I get twisted up, lol.

I still have my Just Dance because I really like the song selections and it's a lot easier to follow the steps on it. Yeah I heard about the Zumba 2 at GameStop it's coming sometime in November. I figured by the time the Holidays are here I should have all the moves down, hopefully lol if I can continue with a routine.

I do not have the game but I found some videos on youtube and I have been exercising using this video. I love it too and for a short time I could really sweat a lot. I am looking for more video in fact to have more variations. Too bad we do not have wii nor kinect so I cannot play the game.

Wow, you know what, some of these video games actually help our kids exercise a bit more than just sitting down without doing anything. I would love it too if I have a Wii myself. Anyway, at the moment, I am too busy with the video game forum, I still focus on making money online and real life too.

Yes a lot of the new games now do require movements so I totally love that when my kids ask if they can play video games, I don't have to feel like a drag for saying no.
Seeing the smile on their face when I say yes, is just a rewarding as knowing that they are enjoying exercise without even knowing it.
