How healthy are you?

I think i'm a bit healthy. I exercise around 20 minutes jogging a day and a few push ups and sit ups. I also eat plenty of vegetables and conscious to foods I eat. Well, I look for foods that high in fiber and omega 3 to keep my hearth healthy and to lower bad cholesterol in my blood. I drink plenty of water a day. The only sad thing is that I sleep late at night. I sleep around 6 hours a day and I think the normal should be around 7 or 8.

I am doing my best to be healthy!! I follow a healthy eating plan eating three good meals a day with a balanced amount of carbohydrates, protein and vegetables and keep my fat intake as low as I can. I try to eat more chicken and fish than red meats , meaning I am getting a good intake of protein but with less saturated fats and more Omega 3.
I drink as much water as I can and, although my exercice routine isn't great, I do try to walk more, swim and spend a little time on the Wii fit!

For my age I consider myself quite healthy. I try to eat well balanced meals with a lot of veggies. I consume much fruit every day as well. For the rest I'll try to walk as much as I can in stead of taking the fourwheeler everywhere. And, avoid stress!

I don't think i'm that healthy at all, though i look like i am. Like you i sleep for only 5 to 6 hours in a day. I do jog but the food that i'm eating at home is really unhealthy. I don't cook and i don't have time for that. I don't like Filipino vegetable dish, but i love korean vegetable dish and thai too. So if i want to eat vegetables i have to go to a foreign restaurant.
My family basically eats only meat and canned goods and noodles. They are all unhealthy. So i love going home to my parents' every weekend where i can eat fresh sea food, well cooked food, not canned and instant ones. I can only have a real decent meal every weekend.

Well my friend, you are a healthy buff indeed and i must congratulate you for that.
Keep it up so you will live a healthy, long life. But , you must add an hour to your 6 hours of sleep.
As for me, i think i am healthy too. I always eat a fruit or two everyday. I eat fish and lean meats only and always with a vegetable for lunch and dinner. For breakfast it's oatmeal and bread. I also exercise every other day, for at least an hour at home, when i arrive from work. I drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday and take some vitamin supplements specially vitamin C, at 1000 mg. I always have my laboratory tests for my cholesterol , blood sugar , liver , heart among others every 6 months and they are all okay always.
Most of all, i always have a happy disposition in life.

I can say I am healthy as I can be. I exercise everyday in the morning and jogging around my town. I played sports game a lot like basketball and soccer... Sometimes I participate in the marathon for a cause. I have no problems with the foods because I am a vegetarian. I love to eat fruits. It adds to my vitality and to boost immune system. All those things I enjoyed so much... Now everything has changed a lot... I don't used to do that stuff anymore. That time my life was fine and happy until she take my happiness away. I had love her so much that it's hurt me when we broke up. She chooses different path. I guess we were never meant to be together. So after that I have wasted my time and efforts by doing nothing in life but to dreams. I lost the mood to do my daily habits and just stay alive with no purpose in life... But in the end I realized it life must go on and start a new life again. This time it's for my future and to stay healty...

I thank the good God Almighty for good health. God has been merciful to and very mindful of me. While hardship has at times prevented me from eating like I am used to and know I should eat, I do my best to fortify myself with needed nutrition for a healthy lifestyle. I take no medication for anything and have not been in a Hospital because of sickness for more than 15 years.

O that is god that you are doing exercise and me too..And also eat some vegetables fruits,and so on...
I also drinks a lots of water because my body need to help and removes those toxic every day on food we eat..
I am healthy ,and last i was sick and fever but now thankful to God that i am well thank you..
Am also sleep sometimes late but now i doing to be res more and also my eyes..thank you .
