Some people communication style is so strong and they easily communicated with any unknown person and some people feel shy to talk with any. I think communication style should be strong to interact with the people weak communication is also affects on our business.
If the person is not talking in clear way about their business and the quality of goods then it is difficult to attract the customer. So to attract the customer in our side between the customer and owner communication should be clear, honest, polite and strong.

You are right that affective communication is key to success. Without clear and clean communication, it is difficult to put across our views. I try my best to communicate in transparent manner and ensure that what I want to convey should be understood by the other party. However, if s/he still remains in any doubt, I do not hesitate to clarify.

yes fanta communication is one important pare of our business and if we can not communicate properly then our business cant expand. Our voice should be clear and with confidence dont loose when talking with customer.

Dear friend,
I do also agree that communication is an essential part in business. Moreover other essential qualities too are needed one should be intelligent too. There are situations one may talk lot on the product and its features but if the product remains there without being sold what is the use of that talking. Moreover better relationships could be well kept if there is effective communication. Communication do have a great role in keeping better relationship and that too in business I feel it is most needed.

Yes sham you are right lots other factors is also important but I think communication is the first factor to growth the business. If we cant explain about our good very well then customer not attract.

Surely way of communication most important in business. That's why big companies only hire the people in marketing field who are expert and attractive in speaking. They only hires the people for marketing who can convince the other people. So this shows that how communication way is important factor. Not only in marketing even we are presenting something to someone our speech and way of communication always matters.

Ya akp you are right the big companies hire the people specially for marketing and they arrange the interview and check communication skill of the person before appointed. You are right communication is important everywhere in life. Here in mylot also communication is need because if the mylotter not understand our discussion then they not respond on it..

marketing business also describes how to communicate with customers...
if you cant build a good communications, its hard to attract their atenttion...and if you not take care the communication probably its hard to maintance costumers loyality too...

You know that might be true, or at least most certainly the top two. I think that being smart with money is another great quality. Of course communication is one of those things that are going to really draw in your customers, keep your customers, and really keep them around a lot of the time. Once you got them hooked, one misstep and it could be all over.
You need to know who your customers are when you are running a business. Not only know but keep communicating with them, perhaps trying to find ways to make the business work for them. It is going to be quite the road for sure, but it is one that is going to be traveled rather once you got a form of communication down. You need to let people what you're all about after all and communication is key.
