How to Stop Smoking

I smoke around 4-5 cigarettes a day and want to stop completely how could i make that possible. I tried a few times successfully but then I start again...how really can i stop that naturally?

While an addiction, smoking is often an escape route to people attempting to manage stress. I think one of the ways to quit smoking would be to find an alternative method for stress management. You can also keep healthy snacks around you such as nuts and seeds or chew a sugar-free gum to help you minimize your smoking and eventually quit. A good motivation could be to simply weigh the healthy risk. Wish you luck!

You must have will power, and be determined to quit. That's the only way. Other than that there is gum, patches, and medication that can help. However, these are not 'natural' options.

hi there, i was a smoker back when i was in college until i reach 25, now 1m 27 i already had 2 years that i stopped smoking. for me its all in the mind it's how you condition your self, body and mind. and you put in your mind that you will stop not only for your self but for your family as well..
