Help!
I need advise please..
This issue needs to be resolve now or it will become worst.
What is the beset solution if you are noticing some changes with your co-worker?
It seems that one of my colleague is becoming lazier and lazier everyday.
It's a little bit irritating and annoying at times, specially when we can't handle the work load anymore.

Hi, when there is a certain task to be finished we can't sit back and relax. Is your colleague able to finish the job? or that too kept on pending. You have known how this person handled work. Speak with him directly and check if you could be of help to overcome this lately developed laziness? You can also tell (not complain) the immediate boss to monitor for future results. Welcome to my lot!

First, welcome to Mylot! I think that things like these should be brought to the attention of the concerned person since it will greatly affect the performance and the relationship of the whole team. Just talk to the person directly so as to avoid wondering or misinterpreting actions or any indirect remarks. Tell them that you have noticed a change about him and ask him if he is having any problems about anything since it is affecting his performance with his job. Tell him that you are not talking to him to judge him with whatever problems he may be having but to make sure that you can both work together to reach your goal and to excel in whatever it is that you both do.
